7.1.1 順接 (文語)
therefore(文頭・文中で)それゆえに 従って その結果 as a result

besides その上、さらに(= also)
It’s too late to go out; (and) besides, it’s raining. 出かけるには遅すぎるし、その上雨が降っている。 moreover (文語)(常に前文と対応して議論や意見を強めて)その上 さらに 加えて改まった場面で 使われます。直前の言ったことに新しい情報を付け加えたり、支持するときに使われる。
I like him, and moreover, I believe in him. 私は彼が気に入っている、その上彼を信頼している。
furthermore(次に述べられる新しい情報に注意を引いて)おまけに、その上に主として書き言葉で使 われて、議論などに別の論点を追加するような場合に使われる。しかしここ最近は、 furtermore を 使う人が少なくなってきている。
He said, furthermore, that she hated me. 加えて彼は彼女が私を憎んでいると言った。 additionally (文修飾：文頭で)その上 さらに 加えて = in addition

館長みずから博物館の中を案内してくれた。

Oddly （文修飾）奇妙なことに; 奇異に
Oddly, he didn’t turn up. 奇妙なことに、彼は現れなかった。
She was oddly dressed. 彼女は奇妙な服装をしてた。
Curiously （文修飾）奇妙なことに；もの珍しそうに
Curiously, she already knew. 奇妙なことに、彼女はすでに知っていた。
Stop looking around so curiously. そんなない物珍しそうに見回すのはやめなさい。
